Will this work for my exact situation?

How customized/personalized is this process?

 Completely.  Our approach is tailored to your unique health history, symptoms and goals. This is not a cookie-cutter approach, it’s a plan designed specifically for you.

Will this process be hard?

 Being sick usually doesn't happen overnight. It's often the result of years of subtle abuses onto the body, every day for years. I don't have a magic pill. Getting well often requires large shifts in lifestyle and habits. Getting up earlier, drinking less, changing the way you eat-often radically. For those of us who are sick you may need a drastic shift like this.

Being sick is hard. comparatively, with a step by step plan and an expert at your side to guide you each step of the way is way easier!

Is your program only for women?

Nope! My program is for everybody.

Will I have to buy a bunch of expensive supplements?

I do utilize supplements in my practice, generally because they are effective at a faster rate than working with diet alone. They are recommendations, and if you prefer to work with diet alone I will accommodate.

That said, I offer a 20% discount on the price of all supplements that I recommend, and that's from consumer price. I don't offer supplements at an up charge.

Will I loose weight on the program?

You will almost certainly see rebalancing of your weight.  Most all of my clients loose weight simply by addressing underlying health concerns.

 Can I pay with  FSA / HSA?

Yes! We utilize Truemed which makes it possible for us to take HSA / FSA funds to cover up to 100% of the price of services. 

I've already done testing, do I need to repeat it?

Not necessarily.  If you’ve recently completed relevant testing, we'll use those results to guide your personalized plan. Re-testing is only recommended if it provides valuable new insights that would otherwise be missed.
